The model
The Heartist Journey: five pillars
Every session of the two days maps onto one of five pillars: the architecture we use to attract, connect, grow, belong and perform, together.
Programme

The workshops
Eight workshops, one consistent pattern
Insight → practice → hotel application → commitment. Roughly 25% input, 75% doing, and every workshop ends with something you take back to your hotel.

Accommodation
Rooms at the venue for the nights of 14 and 15 October: booking instructions will be shared with registered participants.

Travel
Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) is ~25 min by taxi; Warsaw Central station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
What to bring
Laptop or phone for the AI Tech Lab, comfortable shoes for the Warsaw HR Scavenger Hunt, and your DISC profile if you have one.
Dress code
Smart casual for both days; the networking dinner is relaxed.
